Your Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If you are a consumer based in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, in line with EU Directive 2011/83/EU (as amended). At Metalcraft we offer an even more generous cooling-off period – please see our Returns & Refunds page for full details.
How to cancel or withdraw from your order
You can request a cancellation or return directly and easily:
- For items that have not yet been shipped: You can request to cancel them yourself from your order status page (use the link in your order confirmation email) or by contacting us using the details below.
- For items that have already been delivered: You can request a return from your order status page within the cooling-off period, or contact us.
What happens next
After you submit your request, you will be asked to confirm it, and we will send you a confirmation email acknowledging your withdrawal or cancellation. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
